Kerry works with adolescents and adults in addressing various concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, work-life balance difficulties, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental health matters. She also has experience working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals.
Kerry's therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
Background
Kerry's qualifications include a Diploma of Counselling from Bower Place in 2013, a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Flinders University in 2018 and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced from Monash University in 2019. Kerry is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi).
She worked for seven years as a Psychosocial Support Worker, supporting people with anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, acquired brain injury and various disabilities, both physical and psychological.
