Bookings and Fees

Making Bookings

In-Clinic or Telehealth bookings can be made via Halaxy by clicking book here.  If you require assistance making an appointment please contact Kerry.

Concession Card Holders

All Australians are eligible for 10 Medicare funded appointments.  You will need to see your doctor for a Mental Health Care Plan.  To be eligible for concession rates, you need to have a concession card or be experiencing financial hardship. 

The fee for the appointment will be $140.00, paid on the day. 

The Medicare rebate of $96.65 will be processed and returned to the client within 48 hours if a bank account has been linked with Medicare.

Medicare Rebates

Private-Paying

Please book through our website or contact Kerry by phone or email. A referral is appreciated; however, it is not necessary. 

The fee for the appointment will be $190.00.

NDIS

Kerry uses the recommended NDIS fees.  If you have NDIS funding, you are welcome to book through the website, contact her on the details above or ask your plan manager to contact Kerry to arrange an appointment.  Click here for more information on booking an NDIS consult.

Paying agencies (e.g. Workcover, MAC, CTP etc.)

Accounts will be sent directly to the paying agency, such as WorkCover or the Motor Accident Commission, where there is a claim. Please provide your Case Manager's name and Claim Number before your first appointment. If the claim is not approved at the time of the visit, the client is responsible for the account and must discuss reimbursement with their Claims Manager.

Note: Clients will be asked for credit card details when booking an appointment; no charges will occur at the time of making the booking.
